Due to the nature of our digital products (AI credits, download credits, and avatar credits), all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed and the credits have been added to your account.

  • Service Malfunction: If you purchased credits but they were not successfully added to your account due to a verifiable technical failure of our system.
